In acknowledgement of the exemplary care and compassion that St Leonard's provided to David, my lovely big brother and his family at such a difficult time. David who kept a watchful eye on me as I grew up; who was fair, generous, loyal & hard-working, and idiosyncratic to the end. I'll miss you.
