Father, step father, David, dad.. non of these really cover what this man meant me. Hero, mentor and all round hard working guy who taught me so much. I am so glad I had time to say goodbye and tell you how proud I was to have you raise me. To all the nurses, doctors and members of staff at the Hospice, I thank you from the bottom of my heart for the way you cared for and looked after my hero David Charlton.
